Turn on airplane mode and give it a try. It still works.
How it worksOpen your PDF, turn the pages that are the wrong way round, and save a corrected copy. It all happens in your browser, so the file stays with you.
Rotate as many pages in as many PDFs as you like, with no watermark or daily cap. Because the turning happens on your device, there's nothing to upload and no usage to ration. The same tool can also remove, reorder and number pages in the same pass, if the document needs more than a quarter turn: see Organize PDF.
It's open source under the MIT license, so anyone can read the code, fork it on GitHub, or share it. Simple PDF tools should be free for everyone.
Open the PDF, click the page and press its Rotate button (or select it and press R). The page turns a quarter turn and the thumbnail shows it straight away. When every page looks right, download the corrected PDF.

Each press turns the page 90 degrees clockwise. For a counterclockwise turn, press three times. Four presses bring the page back to where it started, and Undo and Redo step back and forward through everything you have done.
No. Rotating changes the page's rotation setting in the new file. The text, images and drawings on the page are copied as they are, not re-drawn or recompressed, so nothing gets blurrier or bigger.
Yes. The turn is saved inside the PDF as the page's own rotation, the setting PDF viewers and printers read, so the page opens the way you left it. If a page already had a rotation, your turn is added to it.
Yes, that is the most common reason to rotate. Open the scanned PDF, turn the sideways pages until they stand upright in the thumbnails, and download the new file. The pages are turned, not retyped or re-scanned, so the scan looks just as it did, only the right way up.
No. Nothing is uploaded. The tool runs on your device, in your browser, and your file never leaves it. There is no processing server. For offline use, install PDkef and let its required assets load while connected.
